Certain courses, workshops, or services offered by LMRC may require payment. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. LMRC reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.
LMRC may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to the platform or other users.
LMRC provides its platform and services “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LMRC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
• Your use or inability to use the platform.
• Unauthorized access to or use of LMRC services.
• Interruption or cessation of services.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
